Our raw materials are carefully selected. We signed a specifications agreement with all our suppliers by which they commit themselves to delivering materials in compliance with the stated origin, Quality and rates. The raw materials and matters delivered to our plant are systematically sampled and analysed according to the implementation methods listed in our Quality manual.

When the truck arrives it is weighed and driven to On-Hold Control Areas to unload and have a sample taken out for testing in our laboratory

Quality control :

The Laboratory must give the Production manager go-ahead to release the materials that will be shovelled up by a tractor driver into its purpose box. Samples are referenced and archived in a sample bank. Analysis results are computer recorded and data safely stored. During the manufacturing process, operators start up the products auto-controls. These controls require the operators' experience, good knowledge of the products and processes. The finished products are then thoroughly analysed before being packaged and marketed. This is when operators are to take out 2 samples that will be duly identified and sent to laboratory. The samples are controlled (aspect, labels …) analysed then archived in a sample bank. The analyses check Organic Matter, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potash, Magnesia and possibly other elements for special products. Analyses results are computer recorded.
